Bleeding the brakes in the Polski Fiat125P.
Bleed the brakes in the Polski Fiat 125P car as follows:
- clean the air vent (the bleed screw) remove any dirt from the center vent hole after removing the cap.
- put a rubber or plastic tube on the vent;
- dip the free end of the tube into a transparent vessel with brake fluid and unscrew the air vent by half a turn;
- press the brake pedal several times, so that the liquid flows into the vessel; the air will escape in the form of bubbles; if no bubbles come out and only liquid comes out, stop moving the brake pedal;
- after the last depression, keep the brake pedal in the depressed position and tighten the bleeder properly;
- wipe off traces of brake fluid on the vents;
Repeat these steps on all wheels. The brake fluid that flows out of the tube should not be reused without careful filtering.
